Yolochill.com are scammers
Warning to Prospective Customers of Yolochill.com: A Cautionary Tale of Misrepresentation and Poor Service
In October 2024, I purchased four garments from Yolochill.com, enticed by a Facebook advertisement that claimed high-quality cotton and linen clothing. However, the items I received were completely different from what was advertised. Each garment was made from polyester rather than cotton or linen, and they were all incorrect sizes, with one item as large as 3XL—despite my ordering a standard size large. The items are essentially unusable due to their poor fit and inferior quality.
I reached out to Yolochill.com multiple times to request either a refund or an exchange for the correct items. Each time, I was met with resistance. The company informed me they could neither exchange nor refund the products and instead offered me a voucher for 50% off a future purchase. I made it clear that I wasn’t interested in discounts; I simply wanted what I had originally ordered. Unfortunately, their response remained the same—no refunds, no exchanges, only a discount voucher.
To try to resolve the matter, I selected a different item on their website, hoping they would replace one of the incorrect garments. Again, I was told this wasn’t possible because my order was considered complete and could only be addressed by making another purchase using the discount voucher.
This experience has led me to believe that Yolochill.com operates with questionable ethics, prioritizing profit over customer satisfaction and honesty. They appear unwilling to resolve issues fairly and seem more focused on trapping customers into repeat purchases rather than honoring their original transactions.
For these reasons, I strongly advise against purchasing anything from Yolochill.com. My experience suggests that this company is unreliable and may not deliver as promised, potentially leading to lost money and disappointment. Please proceed with caution if you consider doing business with them.
