On Loud Shirt Day, businesses, school children, community groups and sporting teams put aside their usual dress rules and step out across Australia in their loudest, kookiest and brightest shirts, ties or socks to raise much needed funds for deaf children. Funds raised will be used to benefit the Hear and Say Centre children in your area.

Loud Shirt Day is on Friday, 14 September 2007. If this date isn’t convenient, then pick another day in September that is more suitable to your organisation, school or community group.

- Because it’s a fun and simple way to help a great cause.
- By participating in Loud Shirt Day you will be raising money to help transform deaf children’s lives across Queensland. It’s also a great opportunity to get everyone together in your organisation and have some fun.

- Corporate organisations
- Schools/Educational Institutions
- Sporting groups
- Community and social groups

A participation kit packed with great ideas for how to organise your Loud Shirt Day will be sent to you. Your kit includes posters, stickers, a deposit slip and loads of fun ideas for how to get your workmates or friends involved and raise much needed funds. The stickers are great to sell to people who forget to wear their loud shirt on the day!
